 The Vegan Cookie Connoisseur: Over 120 Scrumptious Recipes Made with Natural and Simple Ingredients is the 2016 paperback version of the cookie book. It contains every recipe featured in the original hardcover, plus an additional chapter with new recipes and photos, with a new design. The foreword of this version is written by Natalie Slater of Bake and Destroy, and author of Bake and Destroy: Good Food for Bad Vegans.

If you are trying to decide which version of the book to purchase, I would definitely suggest the paperback because you’ll get all of the original recipes, and the new chapter. Or get both!
