Vegan Salad Recipes
I cannot with boring salads. Every good salad should have a few components:
- Delicious greens (massaged kale, spring mix, or your fave lettuce) and/or grains
- Vibrant, colorful veggies
- A protein (tofu, seitan, and/or beans)
- Nuts or seeds
- A bomb dressing recipe
You'll find some of my favorite salad recipes below. You can eat them as a starter or turn them into a meal.
